We Appreciate your interest in hosting an event at Hastings Racecourse & Casino. We are excited to offer your group the opportunity to experience the thrill of live thoroughbred horse racing in the beautiful setting of Vancouver's North Shore Mountains and Burrard Inlet. Our hospitality team can host private and corporate events for groups of up to 300 guests in any of our unique event spaces.

We offer several dining menus and can provide race day enhancements and add-ons for your extra special guests. Our team prides itself on providing our guests with an outstanding hospitality and entertainment experience.

For small parties of 6-40 guests, we have the following options available:

Grandstand Box Seats (6 guests) - $75++ (no minimum)

Grandstand VIP Box Seats (8 guests) - $100++ (no minimum)

VIP Lounge - $450++

Grandstand Patio - $350++

Hastings Trackside Patio (HALF/SEMI-PRIVATE) - (20-40 Guests) - $500++

For large parties of 60-300 guests, we have the following options available:

Hastings Trackside Patio - $1000++

Marquee - $1500++

To ensure the best experience for your group, please check our racing schedule and start times to confirm that racing is on the day of your event and begins at the time you desire. Guests typically check in one hour before post time, so please plan accordingly.
