Thank you for your interest in our Show Theatre. Our state-of-the-art multi-use entertainment venue features a concert-style theatre that can transform into a convention or meeting room. We offer various spaces to suit your needs:
The Show Theatre: Our largest space, accommodating up to 1,300 people in a flat floor configuration, 1,050 in a theatre configuration, or 550 in a cabaret configuration. It's perfect for concerts, conferences, galas, and more. The rental rate for shows and rental-only events is a flat rate of $12,000 per day. The rental rate for conferences, events, and dinner galas is $8,000 on Friday and Saturday and $7,000 Sunday through Thursday. This includes the use of the theatre, standard cleaning, in-house sound and lighting systems, and labour for up to 10 hours per role, including one production manager, one head of audio, one head of lighting, one usher supervisor, and three ushers.
The Show Theatre Lobbies (Upper and Lower): These lobbies can accommodate up to 280 people each (standing room) and are suitable for smaller events like cocktail receptions, dinners, and mini trade shows.
